INSTALLATION PAIR VALVE ELIMINATOR KIT SUZUKI HAYABUSA

The idea of the whole procedure is to remove the electronic PAIR valve solenoid of the motorcycle, to plug the airbox hole of the PAIR system with the provided rubber cap, eliminate the electronic Solenoid with the PAIR valve eliminator and install the provided block off plates to the engine PAIR ports.

This kit will let you completely remove the PAIR system from your motorcycle.

Please read the steps carefully before starting the installation and note that the ignition must be turned OFF during the whole procedure

STEP 1: Lift and support the fuel tank

STEP 2: Unplug the PAIR hose (1) from the airbox and keep the retainer piece.

STEP 3: Plug the airbox hole with the provided rubber cap and secure it by using the retainer piece from the PAIR hose.

STEP 4: Remove the right and left hand panels to have access to the PAIR solenoid at the front of the engine

STEP 5: Remove the screws of the PAIR valve pipes and replace them with the block off plates found in the kit. Torque them at 10nm

STEP 6: Follow the wires from the PAIR solenoid to the left hand side of the motorcycle until you find the connector. Disconnect the PAIR valve connector from the wiring harness and connect the eliminator in ints place

STEP 7: Unbolt the PAIR solenoid and remove the valve together with its pipes from the motorcycle

You have bypassed the PAIR system!

That’s it, now you can put everything in place and start the engine.
